At today's Annual General Assembly of Swissgrid Ltd, all resolutions by the Board of Directors were approved. Andreas Rickenbacher now holds the office of the canton’s representative on the Board of Directors. A dividend totalling CHF 21.5 million will be distributed for the 2015 financial year.
The General Assembly of Swissgrid Ltd approved today in Zurich the 2015 financial statements. It resolved the distribution of a dividend totalling CHF 21.5 million for the 2015 financial year and formally endorsed the actions of the Board of Directors and Executive Board. Andreas Rickenbacher was appointed cantonal representative, in replacement of the resigned BoD member Fadri Ramming. The General Assembly confirmed all the other BoD members for a further one-year term of office.
