In the light of the anticipated signature of the Connection Agreement between KOSTT, the Kosovar transmission system operator, and the ENTSO-E Regional Group Continental Europe, Swissgrid and KOSTT signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
Swissgrid is responsible for the Coordination Center South and as part of this role Swissgrid will provide technical assistance and training to KOSTT and its operators in the area of Load Frequency Control, Control Block implementation and operation. Both parties are looking forward to the exchange of knowledge which will be to their mutual benefit and support transmission grid stability throughout Europe.
