The skyguide Board of Directors is proposing Doris Barnert, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Corporate Services at Swissgrid, to the annual general meeting as a new member of the Board. The Federal Council approved her nomination at its meeting of 20 March 2020. She will be formally elected at the Annual General Meeting of skyguide ltd on 14 May 2020.
Doris Barnert succeeds Jean-Yves Bonvin, who had to step down from his position for health reasons in September 2019.
Walter T. Vogel, Chairman of the skyguide Board of Directors, is delighted with the nomination of Doris Barnert: «With Doris Barnert, we are proposing to our shareholders a leader with proven financial expertise and extensive experience at the interface of business and politics.»
