Isabelle Moret and Kerem Kern will step down from the Swissgrid Board of Directors on 18 May 2022.
Isabelle Moret announced today that she will not stand for re-election at the next ordinary General Assembly of Swissgrid Ltd on 18 May 2022. She has been on the Board of Directors of Swissgrid Ltd since 2012, is Vice Chairwoman and chairs the Staff and Compensation Committee.
Kerem Kern will also step down from the Board of Directors of Swissgrid Ltd on 18 May 2022. He has been on the Board of Directors of Swissgrid Ltd since 2017 and is a member of both the Strategy Committee and the Staff and Compensation Committee.
A decision on the successors of the resigning members of the Board of Directors will be made at the General Assembly on 18 May 2022.
