Regula Wallimann has decided not to stand for re-election at the General Assembly to be held on 20 May 2025. She was elected as an independent member in 2017, has served as Vice-Chairwoman of the Board of Directors since 2022, Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee since 2017, and a member of the Staff and Compensation Committee since 2022.
The Board of Directors regrets Regula Wallimann’s decision and would like to thank her for her dedication and commitment to Swissgrid. The search for a suitable successor in view of the General Assembly has begun.
